Gray’s Farm staff are part of a carrying, supportive and dynamic team which alongside our children are the heart of our school. A team of professionals who enjoy what we do, laugh (a lot) and are dedicated to improving the lives of the children and families in our local community. We have a strong senior leadership team who encourage professional development opportunities including coaching and team teaching sessions for teachers as well as taking time to develop leadership skills within our team with a strong focus in middle leadership.
We aim to offer our children the very best educational experience and our exciting and engaging curriculum has been written based on the cultural capital of our school, based on the interests of the children that attend.
